Every skin is different, which is why every journey at Skin by Freja begins with understanding your skin before deciding how best to treat it. During your consultation we'll discuss your concerns, treatment history, lifestyle, current skincare routine and goals, allowing me to develop a personalised treatment plan that's appropriate for your skin.

No. Once we've established your treatment plan, future appointments build upon that foundation. We'll continue to reassess your skin each visit and make adjustments as needed.

The Skin Instant Lab is an advanced skin assessment tool designed to measure key indicators of skin health, including hydration, barrier function, elasticity, pigmentation and sebum levels.

While it provides valuable objective data that helps guide treatment planning, it doesn't diagnose medical skin conditions. Instead, it complements my clinical assessment, allowing us to build a more complete understanding of your skin and monitor its progress over time. It then generates a report that is shared with the client.

Where appropriate, treatment can be performed during the same appointment when the time has been allotted. Some treatments however may require a level of skin preparation.
